Your Training Visa (subclass 407) was granted on the basis of you being employed by a particular employer or to undertake specific activities in Australia. You cannot, therefore, work in a different position, occupation or with another employer while holding your Training Visa (subclass 407).
The Training Visa (subclass 407) can be granted for a period of up to two years. This visa cannot be extended past the expiry date, and you will be required to apply for a further visa to stay in Australia.
